10 Tips For Successful Tech Integration

For many of you teachers out there, your curriculum, assessments, and pacing are already mapped out for you over the course of the year.  By following the map, you’re able to meet all the standards and cover all the required material by the end of the school year. But then you’re told you need to integrate technology into your curriculum and are expected to create your own road map to make it work.

Maybe you have devices […]

Don’t Reinvent the Wheel – Just Pump It Up!

It’s easy to create technology rich lessons in Ednexio.  There’s no need to reinvent the wheel – but you may need to “pump it up.” Simply take a lesson you love that may have little or no technology integrated into it and add websites and multimedia to more fully engage your students.  Keep the end in mind when integrating technology, though.  It should be purposeful and not just an afterthought.

How do you get started? There are plenty […]

What Skills Do Kids Need to Succeed in 2020? 2050?

Way back in 2009, the Partnership for 21st Century Skills developed a Framework for 21st Century Learning.  Many educators and schools in the U.S. and abroad have used P21’s Framework for 21st Century Learning to guide their teaching. Teachers Say Tech Integration is Empowering

What the Heck? From Teacher to Co-Founder of Ednexio

My principal/superintendent was […]
